Eglin City is quieter after the worst of the supervillains have been killed. The police and the city’s heroes, Scarlet Queen and Red Princess, have no clue as to who has done it. Then a female cop, Patty Hienrich, vanishes and but is found. Only she’s had becomes highly sexed, only for black men. In one of her manic boasts she mentions how ‘they’ killed the supervillains...
